Teachers must be given ongoing training and support as they learn to teach with technology and, ultimately, integrate technology into the classroom. Technology continually evolves, and teachers' computer and teaching skills must evolve at the same rate.
By employing a long-term computer education strategy, schools will have little difficulty achieving the educational goals identified by parents, teachers and administrators. It is important to remember, however, that each of these components must be present in order for a technology program to succeed and to deliver an optimal return on technology investments.
